Summer in the mountains<\/strong><\/p>\n

Six three-thousand-metre peaks and 400 kilometres of well-marked and groomed hiking trails make for a unique mountain experience in the summer. You can stop in one of the many cosy mountain huts for a rest and a hearty snack. The villages of Zell am See, Kaprun, Kitzb\u00fchel as well as Austria\u2019s highest mountain, the Gro\u00dfglockner, are only 30-minutes\u2019 drive from the Bergdorf. Leogang is the starting point for Austria\u2019s largest connected ski area, the \u201cHome of L\u00e4ssig\u201d of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. More than 270 kilometres of groomed slopes and 70 ski lifts will certainly make your skiing holiday a very special one! Within minutes, modern cable cars take you to beautiful ski runs at an altitude of 2,000 metres. Situated in a wide sunny valley surrounded by majestic mountains, Leogang offers pristine conditions for cross-country skiers and ski mountaineers. The extensive network of classic and skating cross-country tracks runs for about 80 kilometres through this spectacular landscape.
