Cold water bathing in Leogang

Breathe in. Breathe out. Arrive.

The PRIESTEREGG is your retreat where body and mind can find new balance. Everything you see, feel or experience is designed with love and a delicate touch. A new experience that fits in wonderfully with our philosophy is natural cold water bathing in the natural swimming pool or in the nearby mountain stream.

It combines targeted breathing training with cold therapy and inner strength and results in stress reduction, increased performance and a healthy and happy mindset.

Renate has already dealt with the various forms of mental health and strengthening the immune system in her own sporting career and in her earlier therapeutic work. That is why you will certainly not be “thrown in at the deep end”, but will be carefully introduced to the topic and professionally guided. Occasionally we also offer retreats with Daniel Ruppert, who teaches ice bathing using the Wim Hof method.

KALTWASSERBADEN – What you can expect

With breathing and cold to inner strength.

The first focus is on correct breathing. Using specific techniques, you will learn to breathe in a conscious and controlled manner and to influence bodily functions. The second part is dedicated to the cold, which complements the special breathing technique. We go swimming together in ice-cold mountain water. In the third module, focus training, body and mind are actively combined. You practise your inner strength and mental concentration and will be impressed by how quickly your cold tolerance and performance can be improved.

What is the goal?
More energy and vitality in everyday life, greater mental and physical performance and better handling of pressure and stress – if you get involved, you will experience a completely new body feeling.

Who is natural cold water bathing suitable for?
Basically, anyone who is healthy can take part.
But: If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, have a cardiovascular risk or have other serious health problems, we strongly advise against it or recommend that you consult a doctor beforehand.

What do you need to bring?
Swimwear and slippers, possibly neoprene shoes for better grip, towel and/or bathrobe, comfortable warm clothing and then you’re ready to go.
