The prices are valid from 18th of December 2023 and for bookings with at least 3 nights. For 2-nights we charge a surcharge of at least 35,-€ per night/person.
Occupancy
The prices are per person per night at an occupancy of two people and include our delicious Berg breakfast (served in your private Chalet). The charge for any additional person (up to six) is € 170 per night in the Berg or Premium Chalet.
The charge for any additional adult (up to six) in the Villa ETANER is € 220 per person per night; the charge for any additional adult (up to four) in the Wilderer Villa is € 170 per person per night.
Children
There is no charge for children up to six years of age. We charge € 95 per night for children between 7 and 14 years of age.
Dogs
We charge € 45 per dog per night (food not included and only one dog per chalet is allowed).

Children
There is no charge for children up to six years of age. For children between 7 and 14 years we charge € 100 per night.

FURTHER DETAILS
Minimum stay
- Minimum stay of three nights; if we have availabilities, two nights might be possible.
- During holiday season, we only take bookings for a minimum of one week.
Parking
- Personal covered parking spot at the edge of the Bergdorf (Carport)
- In winter: covered parking spot exclusively for PRIESTEREGG guests in the best location directly at the Asitzbahn station (parking spot guaranteed for Premium Chalets; for Berg Chalets, subject to availability)
Arrival and Departure
Arrival at 3pm, departure by 11am
Deposit
30% of the total price if booking is made within 10 days before arrival
Payment
We accept Visacard and Mastercard as well as EC and Maestro cards.
Cancellations & guidelines
When booking / making a reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Companies dated 23/09/1981 apply. Place of jurisdiction is Saalfelden-Leogang. Should you, for any reason, be unable to make use of your stay in the Bergdorf Priesteregg, we will try our utmost to let your Chalet to another person.
Unless we receive another booking for your Chalet, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Our cancellation policy:
90 days to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total price
30 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of total price
7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
On the day of arrival or early departure 100% of the total price
Please note that in exceptional cases we would charge an additional final cleaning fee in case of very strong vermification.
Travel cancellation insurance
Be on the safe side: a travel cancellation insurance will reimburse you for all your cancellation costs. This will enable you to return to the PRIESTEREGG at any other time.
