The VILLA ETANER (back to front it reads RENATE) is the new luxury refuge of the PRIESTEREGG, which we are particularly proud of. It allows you to fully enjoy your downtime with all your senses at the highest level. It’s not only the villa’s premier location that makes it such a special place; it’s also its unique and organic architecture that blends into the alpine surroundings. Mountain enthusiasts will love the huge glass fronts that offer a breathtaking view of the Leogang mountains. The magnificent panorama can also be absorbed from the large sun deck with a heated infinity pool. The spacious living area with its stylish interior and the lovingly arranged details – many of which are handmade especially for the villa – also provides for special moments of wellbeing. Selected materials such as Swiss stone pine, natural stone, leather and fine textiles add a unique atmosphere to this very special ambience.

You will be enchanted by the extraordinary organic architecture, the selected stylish interior as well as the vast living area which extends over 250 m². This Chalet offers a sensational far-reaching view that can be marvelled at from all floors and outdoor areas. The Spa area features the Aqua Moon and Horizontal Shower, two top models of the Live Spa Shower collection of the renowned Dornbracht Group. For the first time, Dornbracht has installed two Horizontal Showers next to each other, which allows two people to enjoy this amazing spa experience at the same time.
The outside area features two private hot tubs and a 14x4m stainless steel infinity pool that can be used all year round. The entire garden area is concealed, you have it all to yourself! You can access the adjacent PRIESTEREGG BAD via your own private entrance. Don’t worry, the connecting door remains closed for other guests.
The ETANER offers full service (full first-class hotel service with daily cleaning) and breakfast is served every morning at your villa. On request, you can also have dinner in your refuge.
This Premium Eco Villa can house up to 10 people and is not only suitable for your private holiday, it can also be used for exclusive company meetings and incentives. The on-suite sleeping areas are completely separate, which allows guests to have privacy.
Accessible via a separate entrance, the adjacent little cottage has a multi-functional room. You can either use it as a private massage or meeting room or accommodate up to six additional people in it. It is equipped with a Raindance shower, a separate toilet, an 82” TV and a Poet audio system.
