Between the chalet village and our forest, an exquisite retreat dedicated to peace and quiet awaits you from summer 2024: The Priestegg Seehütten with private lake access, panoramic sauna on the shore and its own bay. You have probably already discovered our natural pond on the edge of the village behind the mountain chalets. It is the stage for our new, waterfront residential ensemble. Carefully enlarged as a bathing lake and filled with crystal-clear spring water, it will extend right up to the garden border. Seven mountain chalets are also transformed into exclusive lake huts with idyllic features.

You can use your own jetty to dive into the sunshine warm lakein summer or into the winter-fresh lake water after a sauna in the colder seasons. In your private bay with loungers and hot tub you can enjoy the grounding view of the forest and the monumental Leoganger Steinberge. In the wood-heated riverside bathtub right on the jetty, you can indulge in a warm bath under the stars. And in the panoramic glass sauna, your thoughts will get lost in the gentle waves of the riverside plants.

The subtle living ambience is expanded towards the lake with large glass fronts and additional rooms (plus 50 m²). A light-filled relaxation area awaits you here, which we can transform into another bedroom if you wish. An open living room with a designer kitchen island and dining table as well as a wellness bathroom with a free-standing bathtub are adjacent. The upper floor also has wonderful surprises in store: a bright, large glazed bedroom including a bathroom and a sheltered roof terrace with a romantic view of your small bay.

ARRIVAL BY HELICOPTER
Flying high! Upon request, we also offer a special helicopter pick-up service from Munich or Salzburg airport. If you opt for this service, your holiday at the PRIESTEREGG will certainly get off to a flying start!
