Villa WOSSA is an ensemble of an exclusive chalet, a small lake house and a huge natural pond with an integrated infinity pool. It will enchant you. With a familiar PRIESTEREGG ambience, natural wood and large glass fronts. It will inspire you. With additional living comfort in the separate lakeside house WOSSA RUND, its own small pleasure room and the dining room ESSEGG directly on the water. It will fascinate you. With innovative technology in the open kitchen including the legendary Lohberger T 1 cooker, which celebrity chef Roland Trettl played a major role in developing. And it will surprise you. With something completely new – a 500 m2 natural pond just for you. Lush grasses, reeds to protect you from view and even fish fill the impressive water landscape. In the middle of the pond, a 14 x 4 metre stainless steel infinity pool awaits you – we heat the water to a pleasant 34°C all year round using geothermal energy. A pond sauna, a floating fire bowl, hot tub and outdoor lounge complete your private relaxation area.

What’s special about Villa WOSSA is the 500m² private ecosystem that snuggles up to the chalet like a giant floating garden. You will truly enjoy the 14x4m stainless steel infinity pool which is integrated into the pond. The pool is heated at 36 degrees which allows you to immerse yourself in warm water in winter and summer. The energy needed for heating the pool comes from a 100% sustainable source ass it is produced in our energy centre which is nominated for the Energy Globe.
Villa WOSSA consists of two units. The chalet which spreads across 150m² offers enough space for two up to six people to move around and relax in the well-known beautiful PRIESTEREGG surroundings. The pine bedroom with its small bathroom, cozy corner (which can be used as an extra bed), open wellness bathroom with a freestanding tub and traditional alpine style kitchen create this homely atmosphere. Our beautiful WOSSA dining area ESSEGG with an uninhibited view of the turquoise pond is the perfect place for you to enjoy your meals. The gigantic table offers enough room for you to sit down for lunch or dinner with your friends and family.
The second unit is a roundhouse WOSSA RUND, a small circular lake house covering 30m² which sits beautifully on the shores of your private natural pond. It is connected to the chalet via its terrace and features an airy living space that can be converted into a bedroom and a bathroom. The entire glass front can be opened towards the pond, which means this attractive space can be used as a cozy outdoor living room or a private spa for wellness treatments in your chalet. If you come with friends or older children, the roundhouse can be converted into a private bedroom where your guests can withdraw and find peace and quiet.
Apart from the unique water landscape, this idyllic outdoor area offers soothing spaces for your physical and mental regeneration. A Finnish pond sauna, a hot tub with a view of the mountains and the lake as well as numerous spots to relax are awaiting you.
