Today, we want to share with you a fascinating adventure that awaits you at PRIESTEREGG: PRIESTEREGG Ballooning. Before the day fully awakens, we will pick you up from your refuge in a golf cart and take you to the launch site in just five minutes. There, you can enjoy a light snack by the warming campfire before gently lifting off in a hot air balloon. The familiar takes on a whole new perspective, and the new reveals its hidden beauty. After the flight (approx. 1.5 hours, available year-round), we will welcome you back and conclude your adventure with a hearty balloonist’s breakfast and the traditional balloon baptism.
We would be absolutely delighted to accompany you into floating freedom on your next visit and to show you our homeland from above.
Process & Duration
- Pick-up: Before sunrise, we collect you from your refuge with a golf cart and drive you to the launch site (approx. 5 min).
- Preparation & Snack: Enjoy a light snack by the warming campfire as the balloon is prepared.
- Balloon Flight: Experience an unforgettable journey above the landscape (approx. 1.5 hours, available year-round).
- Landing & Reception: After landing, we welcome you back and celebrate with a traditional balloonist’s baptism.
- Breakfast: The adventure concludes with a hearty balloonist’s breakfast to recharge.
Total experience: approx. 3–4 hours.

Small Balloon (Maximum weight 320 kg + pilot)
- 2 persons: € 1,380.00
- 3 or 4 persons: € 1,480.00
Large Balloon
- For 4 to 16 persons: € 390.00 per person

FAQ´s – Hot air ballons ride
- Small balloon: Up to 4 people (max. 320 kg + pilot).
- Large balloon: 4 to 16 people.
The number of people allowed is always determined by the pilot.
Children from the age of 8 are allowed to join the flight. We recommend a height of at least 130 cm so that the children can look over the basket edge.
The flights can only take place under suitable weather conditions. This is decided by the pilot the day before.
Dress according to the season, similar to what you would wear for hiking in summer or skiing in winter.
Please wear sturdy shoes. In winter, we recommend warm shoes and gloves. Small backpacks can be placed between your feet during the flight.
